Mastering skills such as the ability to act regardless of our own emotions or avoiding the natural perfectionist mentality is neither easy nor immediate in effect. Discovering innovative trading strategies or programming financial software also needs a fair amount of time and effort put in it; not to mention reading almost everything about precious metals market, interpreting charts patters, finding correlations and combining all of the above into an easy-to-use final product. That's right, we love this job.
