According to Richard Russell of Dow Theory, the Fed may ban all trading in gold. Do you agree?

Yes, I agree that the Fed MAY ban all trading in gold. However, I view this situation as unlikely. If you have your physical silver / gold secure and speculate only with the capital that you can afford to lose, then you should not get too worried.
